About MSC OBA
College OBA has come to being in the year 1927.
At the initial stage it was decided to go by the name “Maristonians” and was chaired by the Brother Principal of the school. Subsequently management was transferred to lay old boys and the name was changed to the present name, “Old Boys’ Association”. Very first layman to head the OBA was Mr. R I Fernandopulle and at the beginning activities was very limited both in scope and the number of members.
With time both the membership as well as activities grew and the level of management changed to more professional. As a result OBA now can boast of its own unique and ultra modern center with a conference hall, general lounge and exclusive members lounge of their own which no other Old Boys’ Association in Sri Lanka could claim.
